€80k – DataOps – Blockchain Infra – Remote

Join Yofy, a fast-growing Web3 startup, as a DataOps engineer. You'll own the technical infrastructure of a company building visual, intuitive blockchain investigation tools that expose fraud and suspicious patterns on-chain. After a €3M seed and a V2 in production, Yofy is entering a B2B phase with increasingly rich DeFi dashboards and analyses, powered by exploding on-chain data volumes across major chains. As DataOps, you are central to the infrastructure: you'll work directly with the CTO on parallel projects including a migration to bare metal, making critical infrastructure decisions in a small but impactful tech team.

What you'll do

• Lead the migration and management of bare metal infrastructure for a ClickHouse database handling tens of terabytes of data
• Develop and deploy Python services (FastAPI, Cloud Functions) for on-chain and off-chain data pipelines
• Orchestrate containers with Kubernetes and optimise production service performance
• Manage a hybrid bare metal and managed cloud infrastructure on GCP, with real autonomy over architectural choices
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and data team to evolve infrastructure as the product scales

What you bring

• 2-3+ years of experience with low-level infrastructure topics (bare metal, Kubernetes)
• Strong command of OLAP databases (ClickHouse or equivalent)
• Experience building and managing high-volume data pipelines
• Comfort with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Python development (FastAPI)
• Fluent French and experience working fully remote
