This policy explains how CryptoJobsHQ, operated by Resellity, collects and uses your personal data when you use cryptojobshq.com. We act as the data controller. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

• Account & employer data - your email address, and (optionally) your name, company, phone, VAT number and the content of the job listings you create.
• Applications - if you apply to a job through the board, the details you submit (such as name, email, phone and motivation) are shared with that employer.
• Talent network - if you join, the profile details you provide so employers and we can match you to roles.
• Newsletter - your email address and preferences, if you subscribe.
• Usage data - basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device/browser), via cookies.
• Payment data - handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.

2. Why we use it & legal basis

• To provide the Service - publish listings, deliver applications, manage your account (performance of a contract).
• To send transactional emails such as login links, receipts and invoices (contract / legal obligation).
• To send job alerts or newsletters you opted into (consent - you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To secure, measure and improve the Service (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal and tax obligations, e.g. keeping invoices (legal obligation).

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it with service providers (processors) only as needed to run the Service:

• Employers - when you apply to or interact with their listing.
• Resend - to send our emails.
• Mollie - to process payments.
• Google Analytics - for website analytics.
• Hetzner - hosting (servers in the EU/Germany).
• ImprovMX - to forward inbound email sent to our addresses.

4. International transfers

Our hosting and core processing take place within the EU. Some providers (such as Google Analytics) may process data outside the EU; where they do, this is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and listing data while your account is active, invoices for as long as tax law requires, and analytics for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your data (see your rights below); we'll honour this except where we must keep certain records by law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for a copy of the data you provided (portability). To exercise any of these, email info@cryptojobshq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority - in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
