Terms of Service

1. About these terms

CryptoJobsHQ ("CryptoJobsHQ", "we", "us") is operated by Resellity, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 73332739 (VAT NL002399184B05). By accessing or using cryptojobshq.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CryptoJobsHQ is an online job board for the crypto and web3 industry. We let employers publish job listings and let candidates browse and apply to them. We are a platform only: we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any employment relationship, application, interview, hire or agreement between employers and candidates.

3. Accounts

To post a job or manage listings you create an account using a one-time email login link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Posting jobs

If you post a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the listing is accurate, lawful and non-discriminatory. You may not post content that is misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or that you are not entitled to share. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion - for example if it is off-topic, low quality, or violates these terms - without obligation to refund where the listing breached these terms.

5. Pricing & payment

• Your first job post is free. Paid plans apply from your second post, at the prices shown at checkout and on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Mollie). Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may be exclusive of VAT, which is applied according to your location.
• A paid listing goes live once payment is confirmed. You receive an invoice for every paid order.

6. Refunds

Paid listings are a digital service that is delivered as soon as your listing is published, so they are generally non-refundable once live, except where required by applicable law. If something went wrong with your order, contact us at info@cryptojobshq.com and we'll make it right.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service to send spam or to collect personal data for purposes other than legitimate recruitment.
• Don't post unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding and software, belongs to Resellity and its licensors. You keep the rights to the content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service (for example, showing your listing on the board and in our newsletter).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any listing will result in applications or hires, that any candidate or employer is suitable or legitimate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying the parties you deal with.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resellity is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated by email or on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
