Advance Sales Representative (AR)

As an Advance Sales Representative at Bitex, you support the commercial team in building relationships with premium clients across the region. Bitex is an international crypto exchange founded in 2014 that uses blockchain technology to deliver financial solutions to individuals, companies, and institutions seeking to invest and diversify through cryptocurrencies. You'll help Bitex become one of Latin America's leading crypto exchanges by developing lasting partnerships and offering third-party clients access to trading services on the Bitex platform.

What you'll do

• Provide support to the commercial team across the B2C service line at the regional level
• Prospect and identify new clients
• Serve as the direct point of contact between Bitex and premium clients
• Assist clients to achieve high satisfaction levels
• Generate business reports and sales analysis

What you bring

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in similar sales roles, preferably in financial services or technology companies
• A strong commercial profile, with a proactive approach and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organization, energy, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A good level of spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Completed or in-progress studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or Public Relations
• Experience working at a regional level
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry
