Affiliate BD - APAC

As an Affiliate BD specialist at Binance, you'll drive user acquisition across the Asia-Pacific region by identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new affiliates, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, publishers, and strategic partners. You'll build lasting relationships with partners, coordinate with internal teams to execute growth initiatives, and help Binance expand its reach in one of the world's most dynamic crypto markets.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify, source, and onboard new affiliates, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, publishers, affiliate networks, and other strategic partners to expand user acquisition channels and unlock growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, provide ongoing support and resources, and identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, conversion rates, and channel output.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve partnership, campaign, tracking, and operational issues efficiently.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, commission structures, and promotional campaigns that align partner incentives with business objectives while optimizing acquisition efficiency and return on investment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify emerging growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance teams to execute growth initiatives, improve conversion and user activation, and ensure partnerships and promotional activities comply with applicable policies and requirements.
• Actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build industry connections, identify potential partners, and expand the pipeline of growth opportunities.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in Internet product growth or channel development.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• A customer-centric approach to identifying user growth solutions and channel operations.
• Strong self-driven mindset, sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and cross-department coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in blockchain, finance, or Internet product user growth and channel development.
• Familiarity with the Korean market, including local crypto communities, KOL landscape, and growth channels.
