Affiliate BD-Orderly

As an Affiliate BD Manager at Orderly, you build and manage the company's affiliate program, recruiting new partners, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and negotiating contracts to drive growth across decentralized trading platforms.

What you'll do

• Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and key players in the crypto and blockchain space
• Identify, source, and onboard the right set of affiliate partners to align with the company's product goals and business strategy
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with top affiliates globally, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual success
• Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates and clients, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with affiliate partners and internal teams to design and implement campaigns, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to address affiliate needs and ensure seamless integration and execution
• Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive strategies and streamlined processes
