Affiliate Business Development Manager

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager at OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, you expand the platform's reach by building and optimizing affiliate networks. You focus on identifying and partnering with influencers and affiliates in your local market to drive trading users and revenue to the platform.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns, identifying new affiliate networks and improving performance of existing partners
• Expand influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative strategies to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure strong conversion rates
• Analyse user habits and behaviour to identify business development trends

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of core affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluency in one or more South Asian languages (Urdu, Punjabi) and English
