Affiliate Business Development Manager (Urdu Speaker)

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager at OKX, you develop and optimize affiliate campaigns to expand the platform's reach in your local market. You focus on building influencer resources and affiliate networks that drive trading users and revenue, working across multiple stakeholder groups in the Urdu-speaking region.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns, identifying new affiliate networks and improving the performance of existing partners
• Expand influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative strategies to identify and recruit potential affiliates
• Optimize business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure strong conversion rates
• Analyze user habits and behavior to identify trends and inform business development decisions

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Bilingual fluency in Urdu and English to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
