Affiliates Business Development Manager - Germany

As an Affiliates Business Development Manager at OKX, you drive revenue growth in Germany by recruiting and retaining high-volume affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and traffic websites. You own these partnerships end to end, expanding OKX's network and growing awareness of the brand in the region.

What you'll do

• Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of affiliates
• Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and crypto influencers to build strategic partnerships that enhance the network
• Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on content creation, trading volume increases, new user acquisition, and active transaction promotion through affiliate channels
• Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs through frequent contact, building partnerships for user acquisition
• Initiate and participate in meetings with partners to explore opportunities for expanding cooperation and strengthening existing relationships locally and internationally
• Collaborate closely with the product team, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users
• Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, using this knowledge to refine strategies, maintain competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps

What you bring

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Fluent German speaker
• Immediate availability

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Previous work experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
