AI Full-Stack Engineering Intern (Trading Systems / Web3, Mandarin Speaking)

WES Group is hiring an AI Full-Stack Engineering Intern to work on trading systems and Web3 products. You will join a London-based team that uses AI tools and multi-agent workflows daily, working on real scenarios including market data, order processing, account management, wallet connectivity and on-chain transactions. Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are required, as you will work every day with our Mandarin-speaking team, clients and platforms.

What you'll do

• Deliver well-scoped product features and engineering tasks, taking part in development, testing and bug fixing
• Use AI tools to understand existing codebases, break down tasks, help with implementation and write tests
• Work with multi-agent parallel development under mentorship, for example running separate agents for feature logic, tests or code checks, then combining the results
• Work with senior engineers to understand how a feature flows from the UI and API down to the database or on-chain interactions

What you bring

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, spoken and written
• Working knowledge of at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript, Go or Rust, and the ability to build and run a small working project on your own
• A basic understanding of Git, HTTP/REST APIs and databases, and keenness to learn full-stack development
• Basic familiarity with smart contracts or Web3, whether from coursework, hobby projects or personal repositories
• Experience using AI coding assistants, and the ability to explain the code they generate and check it by running it and testing it
• Awareness of multi-agent workflows, or willingness to learn them
• Curiosity about existing code, proactive communication and close attention to detail and testing
