AI Operations Engineer

As an AI Operations Engineer at Cosmos, you build the automations that let a small team run like a large one. Sitting in operations, you turn manual, repeatable work into reliable automated workflows, and keep a human in the loop wherever judgement matters. The more you build, the more Cosmos can do without adding headcount.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the automations and AI agents that run formation, compliance and client operations
• Turn manual, repeatable processes into dependable automated workflows
• Connect the stack so data flows cleanly between the platform, Attio, ClickUp and other tools
• Design prompts, guardrails and checks so automated output is accurate and auditable
• Keep a human in the loop where oversight and judgement are needed
• Monitor what's running, catch failures early and improve it over time
• Work with operations and product to decide what to automate next

What you bring

• Two or more years building automations, integrations or AI-driven workflows
• Hands-on experience with large language models, prompting and a modern automation stack
• Comfort with APIs, low-code tools and a little scripting
• A process-minded approach: you see the manual step and want to remove it
• Care for accuracy, so you build checks rather than shortcuts

Bonus points

• Time in a regulated or operations-heavy environment
• Familiarity with Attio, ClickUp or similar tools
• Some software engineering background
