Analista de Tesouraria Pleno

You will play a strategic role on MB Mercado Bitcoin's Prop Trading desk, solving complex problems with technology to unlock and expand institutional channels. You own the end-to-end operational and bureaucratic processes that bring institutional partners online and keep cash flowing smoothly.

What you'll do

• Own the full operational cycle of account opening processes, from paperwork through completion
• Manage institutional contact, KYC, and compliance for partner onboarding
• Analyse corporate bylaws and complex corporate structures
• Maintain partner registration files and documentation
• Drive active collection efforts with institutional partners to accelerate processes
• Automate onboarding workflows using AI tools and scripts
• Support automation of other treasury management area workflows
• Identify and implement technology solutions to optimise treasury operations
• Contribute to expanding and improving the speed of liquidation channels

What you bring

• Ability to analyse and interpret corporate bylaws and complex corporate structures
• Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
• Familiarity with AI platforms and automation tools
• Strong operational execution capability and results focus
• Resilience in navigating bureaucratic processes and tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Knowledge of bureaucratic, legal, and compliance processes
• Experience with digital transformation or automation projects
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation such as Python
• Strategic thinking about process scalability
• Certifications in compliance or treasury management
