AP Processor (Part-Time Contract)

As an AP Processor at Mesh, you support accounts payable and receivables on a part-time basis, using Bill.com, NetSuite, and AI-assisted invoice processing. You help keep financial operations running smoothly for a crypto payments infrastructure company backed by leading investors including SBI, Money Forward, Paradigm, Dragonfly, Galaxy, and PayPal Ventures.

What you'll do

• Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before they route for approval
• Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports
• Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts
• Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups
• Help clear older and miscoded bills in your first two months

What you bring

• 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable experience
• Bill.com and NetSuite experience
• Reliable availability during US business hours
• Fluent written English; Spanish is a plus
