Artificial Intelligence Manager

As an Artificial Intelligence Manager at CryptoMize, you run the AI cell that powers prediction and perception work across the practice. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based at the New Delhi HQ. You manage a team of analysts and developers, translating business requirements into technical terms and back, owning delivery across concurrent client engagements while continually improving the processes that support operations.

What you'll do

• Run the AI cell, staffing priorities and delivery across concurrent client engagements
• Translate between business requirements and technical reality in both directions, ensuring no deliverable disappoints either side
• Own the full development cycle with analysts and technical stakeholders, including scoping, checkpoints and acceptance
• Grow the bench through hiring, mentoring and progression for analysts and developers in the cell
• Continually improve the processes that impact operations, including review gates, handoffs and incident response
• Carry accountability for engagement outcomes to practice leadership and clients where needed
• Arbitrate scope under pressure, protecting both delivery quality and team sustainability

What you bring

• Technical team leadership experience running analysts and engineers through full delivery cycles
• Bilingual translation skills: the ability to render business intent into technical architecture and vice versa
• Delivery management across concurrent engagements
• Working command of data science and machine learning, enough to review and not just trust
• Resource judgment under constraint, sequencing limited people against unlimited ambition
• Hiring and mentorship experience, building teams rather than just using them
• Process design and continual improvement mindset
• Stakeholder communication skills with clients and practice leadership
• Risk anticipation on engagement timelines
• Organizational and deadline discipline
• Discretion with engagement detail at NDA grade

Nice to have

• Familiarity with delivery boards such as Jira or Linear
• Analytics-stack literacy including Python notebooks and dashboards
• Experience with documentation and spec toolchains
• Workforce planning experience
