Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Crypto Mize is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Specialist for its New Delhi headquarters on a full-time, permanent basis with immediate joining. You'll execute applied AI work inside live engagements for governments, campaigns, institutions and enterprises, taking established machine-learning techniques and deploying them against real business problems: perception measurement, risk forecasting, and fraud detection. The role sits between strategy and research, where judgment matters most - knowing which established technique solves which problem without inventing unnecessary research projects.

What you'll do

• Execute applied AI work inside live engagements, building classification, prediction, detection and triage systems scoped to client problems
• Apply machine-learning and NLP techniques to engagement data in ways that measurably outperform manual baselines
• Identify where human analysts' capacity should be multiplied by tooling, and execute the augmentation agenda
• Manage change as systems land, adjusting workflows when models join a team
• Document approaches and results so engagement knowledge compounds across projects
• Collaborate with strategists to keep applied work tied to the actual client question
• Operate across cloud environments where engagement infrastructure lives

What you bring

• A programming or systems-analysis background with fluency in several languages
• Applied ML expertise in scoping, training and deploying practical solutions
• Hands-on experience with NLP and text-mining techniques on real-world corpora
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytical principles for complex information
• Fluency in cloud environments for deployment
• Technical writing ability to document approaches to compounding standards
• Relationship management skills with engagement stakeholders
• The ability to foresee how changing technology shifts the problem landscape
• Judgment in resolving issues on deployed systems
• Absolute discretion with client data (NDA-grade confidentiality)
