Asset/Wallet Operations

As an Asset Operation Expert at Bybit, you oversee the operation and administration of digital wallets for one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, serving over 80 million users. You safeguard crypto assets while balancing operational efficiency within our local finance and operations team.

What you'll do

• Operate, manage, and administer hot, warm, and cold wallets, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency
• Execute and oversee cryptocurrency transactions including payments, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals
• Manage wallet rebalancing across different wallet types according to company policy
• Facilitate cross-chain transactions and interoperability between blockchain protocols
• Reconcile wallet balances and transactions regularly and investigate discrepancies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies for wallet operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement security best practices
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal teams regarding wallet operations

What you bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital asset operations, custody, or crypto wallet management
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3 projects
• Hands-on experience with wallet operations including custody, hot/warm/cold wallets, multi-signature, MPC, and exchanges
• Strong knowledge of crypto security protocols and best practices
• Ability to work five days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with three working days between Monday and Friday and two weekdays off
• Professional fluency in English
