As an Assistant Manager Group Sales at Levy, you'll supervise team members and deliver exceptional service at Crypto.com Arena. You manage station operations, ensure quality execution of service standards, and help create unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

What you'll do

• Complete all steps of service with attention to detail
• Supervise other team members and ensure accountability
• Know the menu thoroughly and describe items to guests
• Display a positive attitude toward guests and teammates
• Act with a sense of urgency to meet service demands
• Follow Levy guidelines as outlined in employee training materials and handbook
• Practice proper product control and handling procedures
• Supervise all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
• Maintain show-quality presentation of all areas at all times
• Arrive on time and be ready to perform
