Associate, Digital Asset Operations

As an Associate in Digital Asset Operations at Crypto.com, you manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of digital asset integrations across the platform. You act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams and foundations, coordinate critical platform events, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support to scale our operations efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings across products, from initial assessment through to live launch and ongoing maintenance
• Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events: token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation or offboarding
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders within the ecosystem
• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on technical requirements, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines
• Coordinate internally to facilitate joint promotional campaigns, user engagement activities, and ecosystem growth initiatives with external partners
• Maintain accurate documentation, operational trackers, and standard operating procedures, continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to scale operations efficiently

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline
• A solid foundational understanding of financial markets: how they function, how transactions settle, and how risk is managed
• 1+ year of professional experience in TradFi: investment banking, asset management, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting, or similar
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Uncompromising ethics and absolute discretion when handling sensitive, market-moving information
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution in time-sensitive workflows
• A deep sense of ownership and urgency, with strong proactivity in unblocking bottlenecks and responsiveness to stakeholders
• A genuine interest in transitioning into Web3 and the digital asset sector
