Associate Product Manager (New Grad)

As an Associate Product Manager at Robinhood, you'll be at the center of product innovation in finance. You'll work alongside engineering, design, research, and other teams to bring groundbreaking financial products to life. This role offers direct mentorship from accomplished product leaders and the chance to grow, learn, and make a real impact shaping the future of fintech.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing teams to deeply understand customers and their most pressing needs
• Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and user expectations
• Be the voice of the product, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams
• Lead product launches, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet a high standard of quality
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure success and track product engagement and adoption

What you bring

• Current enrollment in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027
• 0-1 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles
• Sharp analytical and technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities, with experience thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• An entrepreneurial spirit: you take ownership of projects, turn ideas into action, and drive innovation
• A passion for fintech and a desire to learn more about financial products, markets, and emerging technologies

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in fintech or tech
