Associate Trader

As an Associate Trader at DRW, you'll research and execute trading strategies with a focus on corporate earnings in APAC and North American markets. Based in Amsterdam, you'll work with our Trading Team on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate across development teams to bring strategies to life.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute trade strategies with a focus on corporate earnings
• Conduct in-depth research on single name equities
• Monitor fundamental, geopolitical, and macroeconomic news and its impact across financial markets as it relates to corporate earnings
• Research and analyze trends across major market sectors
• Collaborate with various departments on the development and implementation of trade strategies
• Maintain various custom technologies and systems

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or another analytical discipline
• A strong interest in learning about corporate earnings and global markets
• The ability to work well as part of a team and perform under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfort with detail-oriented work
• The ability to operate within team-defined rules
• The capacity to handle a highly variable work schedule
