As a Backend Engineer on the Wallets team at Tether, you will leverage your expertise to build robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions that contribute to Tether's mission of pioneering a decentralized future in digital finance. You'll work on formidable challenges and make a significant impact on a cutting-edge, global platform serving hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
What you'll do
- Contribute to groundbreaking projects using agile methodologies and innovative technologies to create cutting-edge platforms
- Ensure backend services remain responsive and real-time, accommodating the platform's continual growth and evolving user base
- Uphold the highest security standards in all backend processes and services to safeguard user assets and data
- Develop complex platforms with expertise in Node.js and JavaScript
- Work with microservices architecture to build scalable applications
- Interact with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
- Implement peer-to-peer technologies within backend solutions
