BF Support Services

As a BF Support Representative at Bnk to the Future, you play a crucial role in a Bitcoin and crypto sector environment, assisting and supporting clients and investors. You engage with users to address their queries about accounts, resolve technical issues, and guide them through the investment platform. We provide comprehensive in-house training on investor and client relations within the Bitcoin and crypto space.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve investors' and clients' issues while maintaining detailed records of all communications and actions taken
• Attend weekly Investor Relations Calls with Management to receive updates and discuss concerns
• Compare investment amounts with received share amounts and prepare resolutions in consultation with management
• Confirm and resolve 2FA inquiries, update KYC details, and cancel accounts as necessary
• Communicate investigation results and any planned updates or adjustments to investors and clients
• Assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes
• Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Resolve financial balance discrepancies, address billing issues and fee complaints, and adjust charges on accounts as required
• Review investment terms, contract agreements, and terms and conditions to determine coverage of particular losses
• Perform duties in other departments as required and contribute to the overall success of the support team

What you bring

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service or communications, with exposure to administration in public relations, marketing, sales, accounting/tax, compliance, or legal industries (we are open to exploring candidates with less than 5 years of experience who demonstrate strong passion, drive, and deep interest in AI technology, Bitcoin, and crypto sectors)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with others and ability to follow management guidelines and instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills for crafting templates and responses, with superior proficiency in written and spoken English
• A strong passion for technology, particularly AI and emerging technologies, and genuine interest in the crypto investment ecosystem
• Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities, with willingness to undertake both high-level planning and day-to-day executional tasks
• Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire understanding of, compliance and legal matters within the crypto finance and investment industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving sector, and adept at virtual working environments
• Project management experience, with ability to execute tasks across various departments and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in using computers and computer systems for information processing, conflict resolution, and negotiation
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital platforms and formats, including search engine tools, social media, mobile devices, and digital applications
• Proficiency in Google Docs and ability to conduct data and information research using web browsers such as Google and Safari
• High level of awareness and understanding of work-related security and privacy issues, including device security and confidentiality of information related to investors, clients, colleagues, and company partners
• Strong Wi-Fi connectivity for efficient remote work
• Access to a private, dedicated room for work to ensure uninterrupted focus
• A smartphone for downloading and using essential communication and system applications such as Telegram, Slack, and Zoom
