Binance Accelerator Program - Web3 Operations (for current university students)

Join Binance as a Web3 Operations intern through the Binance Accelerator Program, a fixed-term initiative designed for current university students and recent graduates. You will gain an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, working with the Binance Wallet team as they build a decentralized version of Binance featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, decentralized Earn, and more. What you'll do

• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams to help formulate product development and marketing strategies
• Assist the team lead to implement structured workflows and guidelines to improve team efficiency
• Monitor and control all stages of the project lifecycle and ensure that the team meets project targets within timeline
• Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation

What you bring

• Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology, trends, and a keen interest in cryptocurrency culture
• Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading platforms, especially on-chain trading platforms of Web3 wallets
• Ability to adapt to flexible and extended working hours to engage with KOLs and communities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools
• Strong passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
