Binance Accelerator Program - Web3 Operations (for current university students)

As a Web3 Operations intern in the Binance Accelerator Program, you join the Binance Wallet team, which is building a decentralized version of Binance featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, decentralized Earn, and more. This is a fixed-term program designed for current university students and recent graduates to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, with a focus on networking, professional development, and building transferable skills.

What you'll do

• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams and help formulate product development and marketing strategies
• Assist the team lead to implement structured workflows and guidelines to improve team efficiency
• Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure the team meets project targets within the timeline
• Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation recommendations

What you bring

• Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminology, trends, and culture
• Good knowledge of financial and blockchain trading platforms, especially on-chain trading platforms in Web3 wallets
• Willingness to adapt to flexible and extended working hours to engage with KOLs and communities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Mature business experience and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools
