Binance Accelerator Programm - Software Engineer Web3

Join Binance as a Software Engineer in the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP), a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career talent to develop skills in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will work on the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, trusted by more than 320 million people across 100+ countries, while building transferable skills and expanding your professional network.

What you'll do

• Participate in the development and maintenance of Binance's core products
• Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues identified by the QA team
• Assist the customer support team in solving customer problems and classifying them for system improvement

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field
• A solid foundation in Java and understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking
• Familiarity with the Spring micro-service framework and understanding of its operation mechanism
• Experience with MySQL databases and at least one NoSQL database
• Familiarity with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
• Strong logical thinking ability, teamwork mindset, and learning capacity
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 projects
• Additional languages beyond English
