Binance Accelerator Programm - Software Engineer Web3

Join Binance as a Software Engineer through the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP), a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. You will develop your skills at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, work on core products, and build a professional network while learning what it takes to work at scale in Web3.

What you'll do

• Participate in the development and maintenance of Binance's core products
• Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues identified by the QA team
• Collaborate with the customer support team to solve customer problems and classify them for system improvement

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field
• A solid Java foundation with understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking
• Familiarity with the Spring microservices framework and understanding of its operation mechanism
• Experience with MySQL databases and at least one NoSQL database
• Familiarity with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and learning ability
• Good communication skills and fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Current university student or recent graduate status

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 projects
• Additional languages beyond English
