Blockchain Advisor

As a Blockchain Advisor at Alien Flow Space DAO, you shape blockchain strategy across the ecosystem's distinct nodes: finance, scientific research, infrastructure, and entertainment. You analyse projects and use cases, advise on decentralised solution architecture, evaluate protocols, and help define asset tokenisation and DAO governance models. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning AI, quantum computing, and smart contract development to ensure technical and strategic coherence across initiatives. This is a full-time, fully remote role with international coordination and high autonomy over your work.

What you'll do

• Design and implement blockchain-based strategies for the various nodes of the ecosystem
• Analyse projects and use cases to identify blockchain opportunities and fit
• Advise on decentralised solution architecture, protocol selection, and consensus models
• Evaluate blockchain protocols and assess their applicability to ecosystem needs
• Help define asset tokenisation approaches and DAO governance models
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in AI, quantum computing, and smart contract development to ensure technical and strategic coherence

What you bring

• Solid expertise in blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT), with the ability to evaluate protocols, architectures, and consensus models
• Knowledge of applied cryptography (public/private keys, digital signatures, hash functions) oriented to secure decentralised solution design
• Experience with cryptocurrencies, asset tokenisation, and token economics (tokenomics), including risk analysis and basic regulatory compliance
• Strategic consulting capability, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, write clear recommendations, and present proposals to diverse teams
• Recommended background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related disciplines, with prior experience in Web3, DAOs, or DeFi projects

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with smart contracts such as Solidity or similar languages
• Understanding of IPFS and DePin
• Systemic thinking and complex problem-solving ability
• Fluent English communication
• Proven ability to work autonomously in remote and global environments
