You also support their career progression through resume review, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter guidance, behavioral and technical interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion planning.

What you'll do

• Guide clients through blockchain strategy and cryptocurrency fundamentals
• Help clients understand smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Build practical skills in Web3 development with clients
• Provide resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
• Offer behavioral and technical interview preparation tailored to blockchain and crypto roles
• Support clients with networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy
• Guide clients pursuing freelancing opportunities in the Web3 space
