Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer at Amber Group, you design and develop smart contracts, write high-performance blockchain code, and optimize internal blockchain algorithms. You join a 400+ team of traders, technologists, and engineers operating globally 24/7, working on cutting-edge trading infrastructure that powers over $1 trillion in cumulative trading volume.

What you'll do

• Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity or related technologies
• Write high-performance blockchain code and ultra-low latency systems in Golang or Rust
• Analyze massive data sets to improve internal blockchain algorithms and related systems
• Continuously apply new blockchain technologies and solve challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with other teams on blockchain research and development

What you bring

• A solid understanding of blockchain and smart contract technology
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js (Typescript), Go, Rust, or C++
• Hands-on experience designing or deploying on-chain trading strategies, including at least one of the following: DEX arbitrage, liquidation bots, on-chain market making (AMM), or active liquidity management
• More than 2 years of development experience and a bachelor's degree or above from a reputable school
• Strong proficiency in high-performance programming, algorithms, and a solid mathematical foundation
• Good communication, understanding, and expression skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network architecture and DevOps skills
• Experience with popular and practical software engineering SDLC methodologies
