Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer at Genfura Technologies, you will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable decentralized applications. You will work on production-grade blockchain and Web3 projects, including smart contracts, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and crypto exchanges. This role requires you to be based in or around Madurai for local coordination and physical availability.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity
• Build and maintain dApps and Web3 integrations
• Work with Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains such as Polygon and BSC
• Develop and integrate DeFi protocols, NFTs, and token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155
• Ensure security, performance, and gas optimization of smart contracts
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for end-to-end delivery
• Debug, test, and review blockchain code
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 tools and blockchain trends

What you bring

• 4 to 8 years of experience in blockchain development
• Strong experience in Solidity and smart contract development
• Hands-on knowledge of Web3.js or Ethers.js
• Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry
• Understanding of blockchain security best practices
• Familiarity with wallet integrations such as MetaMask and WalletConnect
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• You must be located in Madurai or nearby areas

Nice to have

• Experience with Layer 2 solutions such as Arbitrum, Optimism, and zkSync
• Knowledge of DeFi mechanisms including staking, AMMs, and yield farming
• Familiarity with IPFS, Chainlink, and The Graph
• Experience building NFT platforms or marketplaces
