BlockChain Developer

Impronics Technologies is seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to design, implement, and support distributed blockchain-based systems for real estate applications. You will lead blockchain architecture discussions, develop smart contracts, and integrate blockchain solutions with existing real estate platforms. This role requires 5+ years of software development experience and mandatory real estate domain expertise.

What you'll do

• Research, design, develop, and test advanced blockchain solutions
• Analyze business requirements and architect blockchain systems aligned with real estate use cases
• Build, deploy, and maintain blockchain networks and smart contracts
• Brainstorm and evaluate new blockchain tools, protocols, and applications
• Maintain and enhance existing blockchain applications (client-side and server-side)
• Collaborate with the global blockchain developer community and contribute to proposals and improvements
• Integrate blockchain technologies with existing software systems
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides

What you bring

• 5+ years of strong software development experience
• Hands-on work with large codebases and open-source projects
• Expertise in Solidity, Truffle, JavaScript, and smart contract development
• Practical experience with Web3 technologies
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, DApps, and decentralized systems
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and multithreaded programming
• Strong experience with C++11, STL, and secure coding practices
• Proficiency with modern development tools like Git
• Mandatory: prior experience in real estate projects, such as blockchain solutions for property tokenization, real estate marketplaces, smart contracts for property transactions, or land registry/ownership verification systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms
• Knowledge of cryptography fundamentals
• Experience integrating blockchain solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

About the role

Location: Lagos, Nigeria. Working hours: 8 to 5. English language required.
