As a Blockchain Developer at Netrolynx AI, you will design, develop, and deploy distributed ledger technology and smart contract solutions for clients in the financial services sector. You'll work across blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hedera, and Algorand, collaborating with product managers, architects, and security specialists to deliver robust, scalable, and secure blockchain applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions and smart contracts aligned with project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project scope
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications to ensure security, performance, and reliability
• Maintain and optimize existing blockchain infrastructure and applications
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and incorporate best practices into development processes
• Assist in the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for blockchain applications post-deployment

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)
• 3-5 years of proven experience in blockchain or distributed ledger technology development
• Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hedera Hashgraph, Algorand, or similar ecosystems
• Experience developing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other relevant programming languages
• Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks, tools, and best practices for security and scalability
• Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized application architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
