Blockchain & Digital Capital Markets Associate

Oribay Group is looking for an early-career associate to help explore and build the future of corporate finance through blockchain and digital capital markets. You will work closely with Oribay's management, technology, and AI teams to understand how companies may raise capital, issue financial instruments, and interact with investors in fundamentally new ways.

What you'll do

• Explore blockchain infrastructure, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and emerging digital asset ecosystems
• Research DeFi and decentralized financial markets
• Investigate tokenization of real-world assets, stablecoins, and programmable money
• Study on-chain capital markets, tokenized bonds, and blockchain-based corporate financing
• Examine smart contracts and the intersection between AI, blockchain, and capital markets
• Work with management and technology teams to identify how these technologies could integrate into Oribay's future financing architecture

• A background in engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, or another analytical field, or recent graduation with a self-taught technical foundation
