Blockchain Engineer

All IT Solutions is seeking a Blockchain Engineer for a contract engagement with a client in back-office financial markets technology. You will support areas such as securities clearing, trade processing, settlement, and asset movement by helping build and support a digital assets platform with connectivity to blockchain networks.

What you'll do

• Build and support a digital assets platform with connectivity to blockchain networks
• Work on blockchain infrastructure, digital asset platforms, tokenization, wallet management, and key management
• Integrate blockchain networks and validator/node connectivity into the platform
• Integrate blockchain platforms with traditional financial systems

What you bring

• 5-10 years of experience as a Blockchain Engineer or Digital Assets Platform Engineer
• Blockchain engineering experience in an enterprise, financial services, clearing, settlement, custody, or asset movement environment
• Experience with digital assets and tokenized assets
• Understanding of tokenization and token assets
• Experience with wallet management
• Knowledge of public and private key management
• Experience connecting to public or private blockchain networks
• Understanding of validator nodes and blockchain node connectivity
• Backend or platform engineering experience
• Enterprise-level experience
• Background in financial services, banking, capital markets, custody, payments, clearing, settlement, or trade processing
• Back-office technology experience
• Event-driven architecture experience
• Java, Scala, or similar backend development experience
• Local to the Pennington, New Jersey area with ability to work onsite 4 days per week
