Blockchain Tokenisation Specialist

As a Blockchain Tokenisation Specialist at Swan Research and Social Study Foundation, you design and implement tokenisation frameworks for real-world assets and research-driven initiatives using blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. Based in Mumbai, you work on-site in a full-time role that bridges technical innovation with the foundation's social research objectives.

What you'll do

• Analyze use cases and define token structures and smart contract logic for tokenisation initiatives
• Collaborate with finance and research teams to ensure regulatory and economic soundness of tokenisation frameworks
• Document technical and functional specifications for blockchain-based solutions
• Support the development and testing of prototypes
• Conduct risk and security assessments for tokenisation models
• Contribute to internal knowledge-building on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tokenisation models
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with the foundation's research objectives

What you bring

• Strong knowledge of core blockchain concepts and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
• Understanding of cryptography principles and their application in secure blockchain-based systems
• Experience working with cryptocurrency ecosystems, token models, and digital asset standards
• Solid grasp of finance fundamentals, including asset valuation, market structures, and risk considerations
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages, blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or other major networks, and token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-721
• Ability to translate research and business requirements into practical tokenisation architectures and clear technical documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to digital assets and blockchain-based financial instruments
