Blockchain trainer

As a Blockchain Trainer at Tamizha Group of Companies, you design and deliver training programs on blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and related tools. What you'll do

• Prepare training materials and design curricula on blockchain concepts, distributed ledgers, and smart contracts
• Conduct interactive training sessions and create practical labs or projects for learners
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with blockchain trends and platforms, and update curriculum content accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with organizational and client needs
• Mentor learners, support certification paths, and contribute to workshops, webinars, or community outreach initiatives

What you bring

• A strong understanding of blockchain concepts, distributed ledgers, smart contracts, and major platforms such as Ethereum or Hyperledger
• Hands-on experience with blockchain development tools, programming languages such as Solidity, and version control systems
• Proven ability to design training content, structure curricula, and deliver technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with a focus on learner engagement
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfort with hybrid work and experience using online collaboration and learning platforms

Nice to have

• Previous experience in teaching, corporate training, or technical mentorship
• Commitment to staying updated on emerging blockchain technologies, frameworks, and industry use cases
