Brand Designer

As a Brand Designer at Douro Labs, the core development team behind the Pyth Network, you will produce high-quality visual work across digital channels, events, and products. You will help shape how Douro Labs and Pyth present themselves to the world, working on everything from quick digital campaign graphics to full-scale event booth experiences.

What you'll do

• Design social media assets, sales collateral, internal communications, and web content
• Support marketing initiatives surrounding product releases, exchange integrations, and major ecosystem events
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels and adapt assets across formats and platforms
• Design promotional materials for conferences and events, including booth graphics, signage, and printed collateral
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
• Support the Product Design Lead on product-side graphics, illustrations, and visual assets while maintaining consistency between brand and product surfaces
• Build and maintain templates and systems in Figma using shared libraries and organized files to make recurring work faster
• Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas
• Experiment with new tools and techniques and share discoveries with the team

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer
• Excellence in at least one of the following: motion design, Framer, or illustration and iconography
• Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color, and composition
• Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print work
• An AI-forward mindset, seamlessly integrating platforms like Claude and Firefly into daily practice
• Self-organization and proactivity in managing your own workload and deadlines
• Clear, warm communication skills; you take direction well and speak up with ideas
• Resourcefulness and a problem-solving approach to exploring new visual frontiers

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or financial infrastructure
