Business Analyst - Digital Assets (Crypto)

As a Business Analyst at IntellectEU, you lead business analysis, product development, and integration for Digital and Traditional Assets platforms. You bring strong knowledge of the crypto domain and work with clients across DeFi and traditional finance to design digital asset solutions. Based in Amsterdam, you work hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).

What you'll do

• Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across DeFi and TradFi space
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical artifacts
• Develop process models, data flows, and integration requirements (APIs, platforms)
• Gather requirements for crypto projects in collaboration with the Innovation and Value Proposition teams
• Define operational processes and acceptance criteria
• Participate in defining and refining MVPs with the team
• Support UAT, release readiness, and production validation
• Lead functional testing of newly developed platforms
• Demonstrate knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum delivery, and affinity with IT processes and APIs

What you bring

• Strong exposure to Capital Markets, including Securities Lifecycle, Trading, and Custody
• Hands-on experience in Digital Assets, Crypto Custody, Wallets, or Trading platforms
• Blockchain and Digital Assets knowledge, including Tokenization and DLT platforms
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience in Agile business analysis with User Stories, Backlog, and Acceptance Criteria
• Ability to translate requirements from business to functional to technical specifications
• Experience with API integrations and system interoperability
• Experience with institutional custody platforms such as Fireblocks, BitGo, or Anchorage
• Exposure to tokenized assets, RWA, or digital securities
• Strong understanding of exchange, broker-dealer, or custodian ecosystems
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting in trading and custody environments
