Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager

As a Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager at Binance, you drive commercial growth in tokenisation by turning market data into actionable deals. You source and close partnerships with issuers, investment banks, exchanges, and platforms, while building Binance's strategic position in the traditional finance tokenisation landscape. Working cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and engineering, you own the full deal cycle from origination through closing.

What you'll do

• Source, clean, and interpret traditional finance market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning in collaboration with the data team
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations on pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market approach
• Package analysis into decision-ready formats for leadership to use directly when engaging external parties and pursuing tokenisation opportunities
• Maintain a working map of the traditional finance landscape including banking, brokerages, and market infrastructure to drive commercial strategy
• Proactively identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop new opportunities
• Own the full deal cycle from initial outreach and pitch, through negotiation, to closing and handover
• Structure the economics of partnerships, model the value, and negotiate terms that work for both parties
• Feed market intelligence back to shape tokenisation and partnership strategy going forward
• Align with product, legal, compliance, and engineering to execute deals successfully

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across all levels
• Project and change management experience
• Deep understanding of tokenisation, real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional crypto space
