Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager

As a Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager at Binance, you drive commercial strategy and deal execution in the tokenisation space. You combine data analysis, market intelligence, and relationship building to identify, structure, and close partnerships with TradFi participants, issuers, and infrastructure providers. You report directly to leadership and own the full lifecycle from origination through closing.

What you'll do

• Source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning in collaboration with the data team
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations on pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market approaches
• Package analysis into decision-ready formats that leadership uses directly when engaging external parties and pursuing TradFi opportunities
• Maintain a working map of the TradFi landscape (banking, brokerages, market infrastructure) to drive commercial initiatives
• Proactively identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop new opportunities
• Own the full deal cycle from initial outreach and pitch through negotiation to closing and handover, measured on deals closed
• Structure the economics of partnerships, model value creation, and negotiate terms that work for both sides
• Feed market intelligence back to shape tokenisation and partnership strategy
• Align with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to execute deals

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Project and change management experience
• Deep understanding of tokenisation, real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional side of crypto
