Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager

As a Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Tokenisation) at Binance, you will drive commercial strategy and deal execution in the tokenisation and traditional finance space. You'll combine data-driven analysis with direct deal origination to identify, structure, and close partnerships that advance Binance's push into institutional tokenisation opportunities across banking, exchanges, and market infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Source, clean, and interpret traditional finance market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning in collaboration with the data team to identify strategic openings
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations on pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market approaches
• Package analysis into decision-ready formats that leadership uses directly when engaging external parties and pursuing tokenisation opportunities
• Maintain a working map of the traditional finance landscape (banking, brokerages, market infrastructure) to guide commercial strategy
• Proactively identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop new deal opportunities
• Own the full deal cycle from initial outreach and pitch through negotiation to closing and handover, with accountability for deals closed
• Structure the economics of partnerships, model the value proposition, and negotiate terms that work for both sides
• Feed market intelligence back into strategy decisions to shape what tokenisation and partnership opportunities Binance pursues next
• Align cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to bring deals to completion

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Project and change management experience
• Deep understanding of tokenisation, including real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional side of crypto
