Business Developer – English-Speaking Markets

As a Business Developer at OneBullEx, you will architect the partner networks that power our global trading volume. You source, onboard, and scale high-value Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and trading communities across permitted international jurisdictions, driving platform adoption by leveraging our AI-driven ecosystem and retail-friendly product suite.

What you'll do

• Architect and execute a compliant growth pipeline targeting elite crypto KOLs, professional traders, and high-frequency trading communities across legally permitted international jurisdictions
• Source and engage tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 affiliate partners across YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X, and LinkedIn in a compliant manner
• Pitch the platform's core retail advantages to partners, including the 300 Spartans automated trading system, tiered KYC onboarding options, and institutional-grade cold storage security
• Deploy Rewards Hub assets strategically to maximise partner conversion and user retention, including weekly reward pools, lucky spins, futures trading bonuses, and tailored trading competitions
• Maintain rigorous, data-driven tracking of your sales funnel and provide structured weekly updates on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and active trading volumes to ensure operational transparency and compliance alignment
• Act as the primary interface for your partner network, maintaining constant communication to build deep trust, ensure high retention, and optimise long-term trading volume

What you bring

• Minimum 1-2 years of direct Business Development experience at a major Centralised Exchange (CEX)
• A warm, readily actionable network of high-volume crypto KOLs, affiliates, and alpha groups across international markets
• Deep understanding of crypto futures, perpetual contracts, margin requirements, and core market mechanics
• Native or fluent English with flawless written and verbal communication skills tailored to crypto trading communities
• Full willingness to participate in face-to-face video calls for all interviews and internal team meetings to maintain corporate security
• Clear understanding of corporate compliance mandates and platform-specific regional requirements during partner onboarding

Nice to have

• A proven record of professional, sustainable business growth from platforms characterised by disciplined practices
• Solid grasp of algorithmic trading strategies, copy-trading infrastructure, and exchange matching systems
• Experience leveraging AI tools to identify affiliates, accelerate deal closing, and manage pipelines at scale
• Ability to operate comfortably within Western time zones (GMT to EST)
