At Crypto Banter, you will own the full sponsorship and partnerships pipeline for Boost by Banter, a commercial engine serving millions of crypto-native people who already follow and trust the brand. You will identify crypto projects and advertisers with live marketing budgets, pitch them into Banter's media channels, manage KOL deal flows concurrently, and ensure every campaign delivers real results.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales pipeline end to end: source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new crypto project sponsors, KOLs, and affiliates from first contact through to signed deal without handoffs
- Build and work a live prospect list by driving outreach proactively via Telegram BD communities, Crypto Twitter, conference floors, and your personal book of contacts
- Manage concurrent KOL deal flows, executing multiple KOL partnerships simultaneously while maintaining clear timelines, deliverables, and communication standards
- Ensure campaign execution lands by coordinating with Banter's content and operations teams to fulfil every sponsor integration to brief, on time, and aligned with the advertiser's campaign objectives
- Report performance with precision, delivering detailed post-campaign reports to sponsors that demonstrate ROI, build trust, and create grounds for renewal
- Work toward a consistent $150k-$200k monthly revenue target per BD, with clear milestones in the first 90 days including a live pipeline, first closed deals, and demonstrable early revenue
What you bring
- Native crypto market knowledge: you understand the difference between vanity integrations and high-converting campaigns, know how KOL deal structures work in practice, and can speak credibly to a crypto project's CMO about what moves their audience
- Hunter sales mentality: you self-source leads through conferences, Telegram groups, and a warm Rolodex rather than relying on inbound, and are motivated by commission upside and full ownership of your pipeline
- KOL and affiliate management experience: you have managed multiple KOL relationships concurrently, handling deal negotiation, briefing, fulfilment tracking, and performance review without needing a separate account management layer
- 3+ years of stable commercial tenure in Web3 within BD, partnerships, or sales roles, with a track record of building and delivering results and an active warm book of crypto project contacts with marketing budgets in the $50k-$500k range
- Geographic and community presence: you are based in a genuine Web3 hub such as Singapore, Dubai, London, New York, Seoul, or Hong Kong, with real access to regional conference circuits and the Telegram and Crypto Twitter communities where deals are sourced
- Operational self-sufficiency: you integrate into existing content and admin workflows, manage your own CRM hygiene, and deliver performance reporting to sponsors without needing a support team
