Business Developer – Paiements & Web3

As a Senior Business Developer for Payments & Web3 at Nexora, you develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across the company's payment, open banking, and digital asset solutions. This is a senior role requiring concrete commercial experience in the payments industry combined with a solid grasp of the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
• Prospect and build relationships with payment service providers, acquirers, fintechs, banks, and payments actors
• Develop partnerships with crypto platforms, on-ramp/off-ramp providers, and Web3 infrastructure players
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership structures
• Build and maintain an international partner pipeline
• Identify new markets and revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to support the deployment of new partnerships and integrations
• Represent Nexora with strategic partners and ecosystem stakeholders

What you bring

• Significant professional experience in business development or sales within the payments industry
• Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem: payment service providers, acquiring, payment methods, payment orchestration, fintech, and payment infrastructure
• Demonstrable experience or expertise in Web3, crypto, or digital assets
• Good understanding of on-ramp/off-ramp solutions, stablecoins, wallets, and blockchain payments
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and commercial development skills
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
• Professional-level English
