Business Development Manager, Cryptoassets

As a Business Development Manager at Cumberland, a DRW Company, you will help expand the token liquidity provision business globally. You'll work from our offices in Chicago, London, or Singapore, sourcing deal-flow from protocols, building relationships across the crypto ecosystem, and owning projects from initial discussions through trading go-live.

What you'll do

• Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols that require liquidity providers at centralized exchanges
• Develop and leverage a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors, drawing on your understanding of the global crypto ecosystem
• Own the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial discussions through the onboarding process and past trading go-live
• Work closely with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements
• Represent Cumberland's brand globally at conferences and other industry events

What you bring

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry
• A proven track record in liquidity provision
• High sense of urgency, self-motivation, and entrepreneurship
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and priority setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proven experience in independently driving projects to completion
• Fluency in English; ability to speak, read, and write in other languages is a plus
