Business Development Manager, Cryptoassets

As a Business Development Manager at Cumberland, a DRW Company, you help expand the token liquidity provision business globally. You source deal flow from protocols seeking liquidity providers at centralized exchanges, own the full project lifecycle from initial discussions through trading go-live, and represent Cumberland's brand at industry events worldwide.

What you'll do

• Source deal flow from new and existing protocols that require liquidity providers at centralized exchanges
• Develop and leverage a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors, with a deep understanding of the global crypto ecosystem
• Own the entire lifecycle of each project, from initial discussions through the onboarding process and past trading go-live
• Work closely with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements
• Represent Cumberland's brand globally at conferences and other industry events

What you bring

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry
• A proven track record in liquidity provision
• High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments as part of a team
• A data-driven approach to decision making and priority setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proven experience in independently driving projects to completion
• Fluency in English; ability to speak, read and write in other languages is a plus
