Business Development Manager, Cryptoassets

As a Business Development Manager at Cumberland, a DRW Company, you help expand the token liquidity provision business globally. Cumberland is the cryptoasset arm of DRW, a diversified trading firm with over three decades of experience. You work from our offices in Chicago, London, or Singapore, connecting protocols that need liquidity providers with our 24-hour trading operations across centralized exchanges.

What you'll do

• Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols that require liquidity providers at centralized exchanges
• Build and leverage a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors globally
• Own the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial discussions through onboarding and past trading go-live
• Work closely with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements
• Represent Cumberland's brand at conferences and other industry events worldwide

What you bring

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience in the crypto industry
• A proven track record in liquidity provision
• High sense of urgency, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• A data-driven approach to decision making and priority setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proven experience independently driving projects to completion
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Ability to speak, read, and write in languages other than English
