Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Blockworks, you'll launch our outbound sales team by finding decision-makers at fintechs, exchanges, banks, enterprises, and tech companies building in crypto, then qualifying them and booking meetings for our sellers. You'll work across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm introductions, and help build the scalable systems that define how we grow.

What you'll do

• Run outbound campaigns across every channel: email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm introductions
• Make cold calls and conduct the first qualification conversation yourself
• Book qualified meetings for our sellers and hand them off with enough context so the seller walks in prepared
• Leverage our DAS conference to generate qualified meetings for our sellers
• Document and systematise what works, as one of the first two BDR hires building a scalable outbound process

• Demonstrated ability to use AI effectively beyond drafting emails
• Resilience with high-volume outbound work
• A track record of cold emails that get replies
• Comfort on the phone with executives
• The ability to handle rejection without it affecting your drive
• A genuine interest in crypto that you follow independently

Nice to have

• Previous experience carrying and hitting an outbound meeting quota

What we offer

• Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with an uncapped OTE of $90,000-$110,000 based on experience, paid on qualified meetings
