Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Manager at GetBlock, you drive growth across both existing and new verticals within blockchain infrastructure provisioning. You join a Singapore-based Web3 and AI infrastructure company that powers blockchains, protocols, and applications globally with 1,000+ bare metal servers and a track record as a top 5 Web3 infrastructure platform.

What you'll do

• Develop and build relationships with new potential clients and partners through online outreach, offline engagement, and participation in industry conferences and events
• Validate and qualify demand for various services and solutions related to GetBlock's expertise
• Manage the full sales cycle, guiding clients from qualification through proposal, contract signing, invoicing, and beyond

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in the Web3 industry, preferably in companies providing Web3 infrastructure services
• 3+ years of experience in sales, partnership management, or business development
• A strong understanding of Web3 technologies, particularly Web3 infrastructure, market trends, and industry dynamics
• An established network of contacts among blockchain networks, large enterprises, and technical decision-makers within the Web3 space
• Real skills and sharp judgment, with a high bar for your own work
• The ability to balance fast delivery with quality, and the willingness to move decisively without breaking what matters
• Comfort using AI tools to make your work faster and better
• A mindset of ownership: you spot problems, propose solutions, and lead the way
