Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead – RWA & DeFi

As Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead at an ambitious RWA platform, you own capital raising, strategic partnerships and market expansion. You join an experienced team with backgrounds in global banking, digital asset exchanges and leading DeFi protocols. The platform transforms private credit and other real-world assets into transparent, permissionless and composable on-chain vaults, and is now ready to scale its capital base, distribution network and market presence.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the commercial strategy from the ground up
• Own the full pipeline, from sourcing to closing strategic deals
• Raise capital from HNWIs, crypto investors and private wealth networks
• Secure partnerships across tokenisation, asset management and liquidity
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth
• Represent the company globally and shape its presence in RWA and DeFi

What you bring

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships or capital raising
• A strong background in crypto, fintech, private credit or asset management
• An active network across HNWIs, crypto investors and private wealth
• Proven success raising capital and closing high-value deals
• A strong understanding of DeFi, RWAs, tokenisation and on-chain yield
• Commercial leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and close opportunities
